Carol has spent the last 25 years helping companies adapt to change, now she's leading the change. As former Partner/MD of leading consultancy Fahrenheit-212, and Head of Innovation and Strategy (I&S) at Capgemini Invent, Carol has advised executive teams across sectors, as well as, recruited, mentored, and trained a generation of strategy and innovation professionals. But times are changing. And change is needed. Today’s leaders face unprecedented business and ethical choices; a relentless pace; and the need to produce results no matter the circumstances. Traditional strategy practices are too slow and rigid; they are unimaginative and uninspired; and out of step with current needs.
